When will I receive my order?

Most of our UK orders arrive within 3-5 working days, or even sooner if you have opted for express or next working day delivery. Please note that orders are occasionally delayed due to bank and public holidays, and it is recommended to allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

Changed your mind? No worries — we’ve got you covered. You can return any unused item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unopened and in re-sealable condition, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Contact us for the relevant information to complete the return. We’ll reply with all the details you need to complete the process.

We recommend getting proof of postage when you send your item, just in case. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 working days.

One "Body Powder Scrub" from their range, for instance, uses a powder consistency but lists natural exfoliants rather than a talc base.

If you have a specific product in hand, look for "Talc" or "Magnesium Silicate" on the back. If you don't see those, you're in the clear!

No, Baïja Paris does not test on animals.

However, once your items have been picked and packed, we may not be able to cancel or make changes. In this case, please refer to our Returns Information for guidance.
